2013 Maiden Voyage
- Merchant Membership: Olympic Peninsula Steam (OPS) invites Port Townsend's merchants to become members of the confederacy.
- Three levels of membership provide different rewards. All "members" will receive:
- A poster for their window
- Listing on the Brass Screw website;
- Each Merchant Membership will receive a collection of cards that can be given away. On Sunday, June 9, they will host a gaming competition where everyone who has collected a card deck can assemble and play for prizes. In addition they are building a Brass Screw Card Game with collectible cards. Higher levels of membership receive the more valuable cards. The goal is to have members go around town collecting cards in merchants' shops.
- Steampunk Shopping Night: There’s a new Steampunk shopping night set for Thursday May 30th. OPS invites retailers who deal in Steampunk goods (and anyone else who wants to play) to stay open until 7pm so Port Townsend folk can go shopping for costumes and accoutrements.
- Window dressing: There will be a series of awards for best window--decorate your windows in the spirit of the Brass Screw!
