Downtown Trick or Treat & Costume Parade
WHEN: ON HALLOWEEN! Monday, October 31st, 2011
WHAT TIME: Gather at 3:45 pm at the Bank of America Plaza
WHERE: Parade leaves at 4 pm and proceeds down Water Street to Polk Street.
Trick or Treat on the way back at participating businesses on Water Street, Swain’s Plaza, Washington Street and side streets too!
WHAT ELSE? This is geared for Kindergarten through 6th-graders. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
WATER STREET IS CLOSED TO TRAFFIC BY THE PORT TOWNSEND POLICE DEPT. FROM 3:15 pm to 5:30 pm for the Trick or Treat Parade
